Hi There!

I uploaded a new video to YouTube: MyArt:Video New Years Eve 2010, and painted a banner of Hope, and LIFE for 2011.

I just finished my painting it's called 'His Banner over Us is Love' So, I want to post about my painting first, than I will post the video.

Ok: Background = I spent a lot of time with someone and he had a pretty negative attitude about life love and other mysteries... Bummer for me right? Well, it forced me to rethink what I was doing and what I was wanting for my future, well I didn't rethink it because I already knew but I lost focus of what was important to me, got all depressed and crap (I KNOW!) Its pretty hard to bring me down, but sometimes it does happen and I am always amazed. I had to pull myself back up and remind myself: Step back! haha. True:

Ok, so the Banner is: 2011 and a Reminder that: Jesus Saves

I woke up with my beautiful daughters next to me ( see video below), so right below banner is the lyrics to a Shine song by Salvadore which is my reminder for 2011: 'Woke up to a brand new DAY, another Day to CELEBRATE your BEAUTY and YOUR MYSTERY, is more than any eye can see..." <--This reminds me that: Every DAY HIS mercies begin anew. I am BLESSED. As long as we have the breath of LIFE, there is always HOPE and we don't need to be depressed, EVER. Jer 29:11 His plans are to prosper and not harm, hope and a future, and ALL things work for the GOOD of those that love God and are called according to HIS purpose. ALL THINGS. Romans 8:28 I am among the CALLED. So that is right under the banner

Off the the right, of that is a scripture to remind me of the calling: Sing and make music in your hearts to the LORD. Eph 5:19 I am a Christian, I have been called to PRAISE HIM... 'There is JOY in the LORD, there is LOVE in HIS spirit, there is HOPE in the knowledge of HIM, there's a fountain I know everytime I am near it, my heart overflows to the LORD, all BLESSING and HONOR are HIS, all GLORY and POWER, they are HIS, may HIS WISDOM and STRENGTH be the LORDS in this place, let all GLORY be given to HIM' <--Lyrics to Joy in the Lord.

Off to the left, is a reminder that WORRY is a sin, and I am specifically called NOT to do it: "I won't worry about tommorow, I am trusting YOU (Jesus!) today ----> TODAY is the day the LORD has made, I will REJOICE and be glad in it. Scripture refs: Mathew 6 (just read the whole damn chapter ok?) 1Thes 5:16, there are numerous scriptures about his call to JOY... I don't have time to list them all, I have to take my beautiful child to work soon. Gratuitous photo of some of my BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS ( Blessed AND, they get it from me... haha, true)

well, that's just one of them, but all my daughters and grandkids are equally BEAUTIFUL, I am BLESSED.

K, so you get the idea... Under the reminder not to worry is some things in my mind that I felt I wanted to tell this person, what I felt God had revealed to me about his negativity, but then I was reminded that it really bugs me when people project onto ME, what they feel God is saying to THEM about ME and I thought, you know... MAYBE (haha, I suck!) this is what GOD is telling ME and I need to see if it applies so... I stuck the following on the left under not worry, rejoice etc, and along the bottom as a reminder to check my OWN attitude first because, that is the only attitude I can controll.

Here it is: "It's all about perspective, it IS possible to be HAPPY in spite of REAL problems. Happiness is a habit and embracing suffering is a learned response and BAD HABIT" The key = focus on the LIGHT. This is a reference to the inkblot theory put forth by Dr. Laura (I KNOW!) and it goes like this: When you look at an inkblot picture, if you focus on the dark, you get one picture and if you focus on the light, you get another. YOU choose the picture you focus on, even IF the dark overwhelms the light, YOU still get to choose.

After that, and under the center picture is a quote paraphrased from Dr. Lauras book: Stop whining and start living. Which, I recommend because I hate complainers and people who whine are boring and they suck life with the whining all the time. It says: " Dr Laura --> If you don't like something, quit talking about your unhappy. Instead, try to fix it. Focusing on the negative keeps you in misery, reinforces hopelessness and demoralizes those around you who try to bring happy to your life. Change/fix or endure = NO complaining or whining" THANK YOU!

K. To the right of the center picture, under the reminder to SING is written the following: John 3:16 God is Love. Faith Hope and Love, these 3 remain, but the greatest of these is LOVE. Look it up for yourself! It's a reminder that I have been called to LOVE. The heart represents LOVE, it's a known symbol

Now, to the center picture. This is my desire: Christian Calm Peaceful Stable Home for myself and my children, specifically right now, the child I still have at home, WE are the 2 windows looking out to the world. I want a home that is FUN, FUNNY, FRIENDLY, HOSPITABLE, PLEASANT, HAPPY, SAFE AND SECURE. For her AND myself. We want flowers, and SUNSHINE is always good. The tree represents my children GOD has blessed me with, and Psalm 127: Unless the Lord builds the house, it's builders labor in vain...Children are a reward, blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. It's a reminder: I AM BLESSED. Love the children, it is important.

I forgot, the path to my desire has been winding, hence the winding path to the red front door that represents the love you have to put on before you can open the door to MY HOME where I LIVE with my BEAUTIFUL CHILD. If you don't like something in it, GET OUT because I pay the rent here

Around the center picture is a frame with some scripture reminders. There are 4, I will just list them out:

1. Proverbs 16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do and he will make your plans succeed. I used to pray this over my children when they were growing up, reminder that I have COMMITTED to training my children up in the LORD. He brings success, they are a gift from HIM and MY RESPONSIBILITY.

2. Psalm 68:6 God sets the lonely in families and leads forth those in captivity with singing. Photo that reminds me of this scripture:

Do you see that guy out front? I am waiting for him, it's not a popular notion among Christian singles that you would desire a mate, but God has designed us that way, for the good of the FAMILY. I need solid mature Christian to help me lead my children to Christ. To surround our HOME (picture in the middle...get it?) I am not apologizing for it. I am not wasting 2011 spending time with NOT UP TO THE CHALLENGE IMMATURE MEN who lack VISION and CALLING. I need mature faith, someone who understands the work, and feels called to it, so what? Negative attitude? = fix YOURSELF first, I wasn't created to listen to you whine and complain, don't listen to me, do it your way...

3. 1Timothy 1:7 KJV God has not given me a spirit of FEAR, (I am FEARLESS!) but of love and of power and a SOUND MIND. <-- I need to remember that when someone is trying to infect my mind with the trash in theirs.

4. Faith (cross) Hope (cross) Love
Faith: Being sure of what you hope for, and certain of what you do NOT see, walk by faith, not by sight, hold to the promise, for he who promised is faithful
Hope: Nobody hopes for what they already have, but if you don't have, you wait patiently for it
Love: Patient, kind, does not envy/boast, is not rude/self seeking, keeps no record of wrongs, does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth, always protects trust hopes perseveres.

That is it, I am done with this Painting, I think I've covered it all, if not, I will paint another! I forgot to add: That another key to happiness? EDIT out the BAD, it's ALL GOOD, ALL the time. ROMANS 8:28. As long as you have the breath of life: YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN.

MyArt:Scrapbook. K, here is my story-The babies and I talked Sam into a parade, then drug him all over town, then drug him to the Dogwood festival... When we got there, I lickety split dressed the babies as fairies (which was pretty cute already!) and started taking video, well THEN (SERIOUSLYIAMSOBLESSED!) we come across some BIG FAIRIES! (are you freakin kidding me???) <--I don't make this stuff up! haha, and THE BIG FAIRIES ARE HAVING A TEA PARTY! ForREAL??? I'm like 'oh', what are the chances of THIS??? oooolala, happy day!!! Yep, pretty goodtime for me and me babies, and have you seen Sam? He is sooooo handsome - what kind of guy puts up with my wacky ways??? and I'm always dragging around a bunch of kids-mostly girls, and I am on a mission making sure they are having a goodtime.

LIFE IS GOOD=CHOOSE IT AND LIVE! <---That's my story and I'm sticking to it and piss on anybody that has a problem with it because LIFE is too short to explain the cookoo in other peoples clockclock. I say this: Exit stage left to: NOT having a goodtime, I'm going to stick with what makes babies have fun, and babies having fun make me happy. SoWhat?

The painting I just finished is a Pink Heart Breathing Dragon that was inspired by a sweater I bought my Nano-banano, + there Momma took them to see a movie about dragons and I thought...I know! I'll paint a pink dragon, Natalie and Sophia really like it.

K, my first attempt at vlogging, we will see how it goes... I FINALLY learned how to convert the source video into something I could edit... THAT took forever, so now I'm out of time.
The Plan:

Get permissions from my pepes, then start vlogging, one per week, try to make some money, that is my plan. I guess I just need to figure out if I need peoples permission to put them on youtube, or NOT ask, and see what happens...

"Faithfullness" - Fruit of the Spirit Series. This painting is an acrylic on 18" x 24" Posterboard that I did for a friend and his son.

The Scripture in the painting is:

Hebrews 11:1 Faith is being sure of what you hoped for and certain of what you do not see

Hebrews 10:23 L et us hold unswervingly to the hope that we profess for he that promised is faithful.

Eph 2:10 For we are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus...

The mountains=Psalm 50 speaks of the abundance of God, he owns the cattle on a thousand hills, he is OUR provider, WE belong to HIM.

2 Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.

Creation speaks of a creator, he is an awesome GOD and HE LOVES YOU! He sent his son that you might have LIFE.
